The Community Health Services Division provides direct and population based services to communities across the North Slope.
These services include:
- Childcare
- Public Health Nursing
- Tobacco Prevention & Control
- Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program
- Public Health Office/Veterinary Clinic
- Senior Citizen’s Program
Homelessness assistance: If you or someone you know is in need of temporary shelter, call us on our central office phone number. Shelter space is limited and restricted to adults. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will help look for resources through other organizations.
