General information
The Land Services Division manages commercial real estate parcels that have been processed and turned over for borough ownership. This Division takes the lead in managing these and other designated real estate assets of the borough. Currently there are 57 commercial land leases that are being managed by the Division in Deadhorse with anticipated revenue of greater than $4 million for FY 2019/20.
In cooperation with the Mayor’s Office of External Affairs, this Division also assists in the acquisition of state land through the Municipal Land Entitlements program.
